About Dr. Dean Robb

Since 1994, Dr. Dean Robb has been helping numerous domestic and foreign business leaders build high-performing, innovative organizations that thrive on change. Prior to 1994, he spent 17 years in the corporate world, including several years as a Quality and Organization Effectiveness Manager at AT&T. There, he focused on strategy development and implementation, business and operational performance improvement, and managing innovation and change. His earlier career included significant experience in business research, training, marketing and advertising.

Dr. Robb's doctoral research grew out of his investigation of the principles, practices and dynamics of human systems capable of continually renewing their creativity and vitality. In addition to his doctorate in Human and Organization Systems (Fielding Graduate University), he has also earned an M.A. in Human Development, an M.S. in Statistics and a B.S. in Mathematics.
